We want your shopping experience with us to be as pleasurable and hassle free as possible. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your unaltered order within 10 days of the original ship date for a full refund minus the original shipping charge. To ensure a simple return process, please follow the policy guidelines listed below. Please contact us prior to returning an order for an RM#. We strongly recommend that you order a swatch if you are unsure of the color or texture due to the nature of this product. Once it is cut off the bolt it is difficult to restock the item. In some cases a 15% restocking fee may be applied.
Policy Guidelines & Information
- All returns must reach our warehouse within 10 days of the original ship date.
- All fabric and trim must be returned in its original shipping condition (i.e. uncut, unwashed, etc.).
- Unless due to our error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping will be deducted from your refund if an order that received free original shipping is returned.
- A copy of your original order or receipt must be included in the return package.
- Online order returns should include the account number &exp. date of the credit card you wish your refund to be issued.
Your personal information will not be given out to any third parties.
What if an item is sold out:
If you want to be notified if something is out of stock we will gladly do so. Be sure to include your email or telephone number. Otherwise we will fill your order with the fabrics that are available and issue a refund for the out of stock product.
Payment Forms Accepted:
We accept your Check, Visa, Master Card or Paypal. Paypal uses 128 bit encryption to protect your credit card and bank information. This is safer than using your credit card in a store or restaurant.
